Tuesday, April 20, @ 5:30 – 7 p.m. OR Thursday, April 22 @ 10 – 11:30 a.m.
Join us as we learn how to use active and reflective listening techniques to foster connections, build trust, and generate collaborative problem-solving. Memphis Crisis Center’s own Mike LaBonte will facilitate the discussion. Participants will receive a certificate of completion for attending the training.
